    Pip Projects Inc. is, South Carolina. This website is operated solely to present institutional information about the company and its research programs. We collect minimal data and do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the inquiry form on this site:

We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps) through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. We do not use cookies beyond what Google Analytics requires for session measurement.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, do not add you to mailing lists, and do not share it with third parties. Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare's secure infrastructure and delivered directly to Pip Projects Inc. by email. No form submission data is retained on any server after delivery.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site traffic patterns and improve site structure. No individual-level profiling is conducted.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4: Session and traffic measurement with IP anonymization. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Pages: Site hosting and form processing infrastructure. Inquiry form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered by email with no third-party data storage. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Fonts: Font delivery. May log IP address per Google's standard practices.
Cloudflare Geo-Detection: Country-level geolocation is performed using Cloudflare's built-in edge network intelligence to restrict site access to U.S.-based visitors. No geolocation data is transmitted to any third party or stored by Pip Projects.
LinkedIn: External link to a public LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies upon navigation to their platform.

4. Geo-Restriction

This site uses Cloudflare's built-in edge geo-detection to restrict access to visitors confirmed to be located in the United States. Visitors whose location cannot be confirmed as within the United States — including anonymous, unresolvable, or non-U.S. traffic — are shown a restricted access page. This is done to comply with applicable export control and research security requirements. No geolocation data is stored by Pip Projects.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry form submissions are not stored on any server — they are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered directly to Pip Projects Inc. by email, after which no server-side copy is retained. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration.

6. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Federal Standards

    Pip Projects Inc. handles PII in alignment with federal privacy expectations applicable to entities managing federal research awards. Any PII shared in connection with a federal grant relationship will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and applicable agency-specific data handling requirements.
  

PII collected through this site (name, email, organization, message content) is processed through Cloudflare's secure infrastructure and delivered directly to PIP Projects Inc. by email. It is not stored on any third-party server, not transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any federal system of records. Contractor and subcontractor personnel who access PII in connection with any federal award are required to complete mandatory privacy training consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 24.3.

7. Communications Security Disclosure

Communications submitted through the inquiry form on this site are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection via Cloudflare's infrastructure. However, email communications to [email protected] are not guaranteed to be secure from monitoring or interception. Do not submit classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled data, or sensitive research details through this web form or via unencrypted email. By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic communication.

8. Federal Records Disclaimer

This website is not a federal system of records. No federal agency data, grant records, or controlled research information is stored on or transmitted through this site.

9. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted to Pip Projects by emailing d a r b y @ p i p p r o j e c t s . c o m. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of this site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
